Evelynn bug/intended feature on twisted treeline

Before you say that Evelynn is bad on 3v3, I don't care.

Evelynn can't capture the alters which is a HUGE detriment to playing her on the map. She is really good on twisted treeline in my opinion so it's a shame that this happens.

However my group has devised a strat to circumnavigate this issue. Around 5-10 seconds before the altars unlock, you go to a lane and the laner captures the altar for you. Alternatively you can also have the laner capture your altar while you invade them to try and cheese them off of their altar. The latter isn't usually a good idea because if someone isn't in their lane so they can capture your altar, their opponent will be free to collapse on you.

Suggested fix: Make altars a true vision zone
