Rengar Buff Please Rito

So i was playing rengar in ranked and it turns out he's really weak. He can barely jungle anymore, but most of all Riot.... Just put his ultimate back to the way it is. He feels like such a slower assassin. The fact that his ferocity bonus is gained over time while leaving the ultimate is so dumb , like how can you even burst someone like that unless you already had five stacks going into your ultimate at that moment. My final thing is Rito is to make him get his bonus movement speed while he's inside his ultimate!!! OMG i lost out on so many kills etc because i was too slow.. What happend to the fun rengar that was still viable i feel like he's garbage now please Riot.

Input his movement speed back into his ultimate when you use it not after, and Input the 5 ferocity stacks overtime while you're in your ultimate not out. please Riot Please for Rango sakes
