So because someone takes an assassin.... into bottom lane.... which the enemy adc and supp usually have 0 clue about assassins in the first place.....

This makes it a major problem?

"For everyone who says mages are a problem, well... most mages do not go 14/3 even by 20 minutes in" Meanwhile, ekko goes 5/0 laning within the jungle 8 minutes in and ends up buying a darkseal. Dude, just look at the facts. Jungle is and has been the worst lane to play ever since the change. Yet that mage has hit level 6 before botlane can, undertower 2 champions twice resetting tower damage in the same fight and basically get out for free. The fact that ekko used his ultimate is just slapstick comedy at that point because it wasn't needed and are outrageously powerful.
