Idea about honor rewards, to give players more incentive to be honorable.

Idea came to me as I just lost a mid veigar game. I was positive the whole match, saying that we can still win, excusing other player bad plays etc. After the game, i got 2 honors, which is quite rare, since most players usually honor whoever carries them.

But the idea is this: If you finish a match with more honors than reports or just any honors (reports arent taken into account), then you either get a 1-2 more lp or when loosing, you loose 1-2 less lp (in the next game, because LP is dealt at the time when the game ends and some players honor only after multiple seconds, or maybe if its possible, make the honor affect the lp state at the same match, so players can see their progress). The values may vary, but you get the idea. I think this could be a really great incentive to stop some players from spaming their teammates with toxic banter.

Also there is a social aspect, a lot of players play this game with their friends and a lot of time they are in voice comms, so a dishonorable player will be exposed to the positive side of getting honored, when he will play with his friend who is getting honors and gaining more lp or loosing less per game than him- ''How much lp did you lose? I have trouble climbing while losing 18 per game'' ''18? I usually get honored so I lose only 13-15lp'' For me and my friends It was a little phallus measuring contest, and you might say that for you it isnt, so this argument isnt relevant, but for some players this could be even more of a incentive. There also would be the comical game or two, where players would be trying to be extra nice to save their lp or gain more.

Some could say that a report after the game could mean less lp gain or more lp loss, but I would say that this would be a really bad idea, because there are malicious reports, but there arent malicious honors- since you cant do any harm by honoring.

This idea would mainly work now, because we dont have the option to honor enemy players, if we could, this wouldnt work since some players would int and get honored for that.

Players who are duo,triple,penta que would be locked out of this to prevent abuse.

Last thought- maybe only make it so lp is only gained? Since some players might say that they will honor their teammate if they surrender, which would result in them loosing less lp, which would in turn make them less inclined to try to win, but I would disagree with these cases since I think they are edge cases and wont happen too often. Or just make them a reportable offense ''bribery with honors''.

Edit: I dont think that rewards with blue essence or punishments would be as effective, since not all players would be affected by that. Also Riot would have less incentive to implement that, since blue essence gain directly affects champion purchases- more blue essence=less people buying champions with rp.
