Soraka Heal needs to turn off her Warmog
At least on ARAM. Likely everywhere is fine. Warmog still heals her plenty with this change, just not IN a team fight where she is able to kite or get peels.

I kinda agree, but when buying Warmog's she needs to invest in items that give her a lot of health (since 3000 Health is needed for the Passive to take place) meaning she sacrifices some portion of her items that would help her team in general (examples being such as: Ardent Censer, Mikael's Crucible, Athene's Unholy Grail).
But this reason alone shouldn't be an excuse, but I just wanted to write this down anyway.
