The "troll reward system?"
Assuming you mean the honor system, you don't have to honor people who are actively not trying to win the game. And if you see that behavior, report it, writing a note about it at the bottom of the post-game report.
I've definitely had games where people did trolly stuff; it's not fun to put up with, but there isn't currently a system that would prevent trolling 100% of the time.
Then you won't get keys lol.
Meanwhile, you go and spend some money at store.
