Chat banned for getting mad at an inting troll while the troll remains unpunished.

Stop using chat if you aren't mature enough to not be toxic

Heres a pro tip: dont rage at anyone, period. Seriously, not a hard concept.

Chat and gameplay behaviors are judged separately. Chat is detected with the IFS so it gets punished more swiftly. Gameplay takes longer to punish because it requires a manual review. But that does not by any means indicate that gameplay behavior won't be punished. It just doesn't happen immediately.

You aren't entitled to see another player punished for wronging you. Sorry dude, that's just how it is. You can submit a support ticket to Riot to ensure that the player will be manually reviewed, but Riot will make the decision as to whether or not the player should be punished independent of how you feel about the player. And they won't tell you if the player gets punished or not, now how they were punished if they are punished. That's just not your right to know. Let it go.

You're upset that you were punished, and you see it as being because this other player antagonized you that you were punished, but you're missing a step there. You are forgetting your part in things because it would suck to feel like you were wrong.

At the end of the day, you were punished because of how you acted. Not because the other player did something. The choice to flame in chat is on you, and you should have known better than to choose to flame.

When you rage at a troll, you let them win and you become everything they wanted and more. You fuel their sadistic joyride by showing them just how angry they could make you. You want to know how to ruin a troll's day? Don't let on that their behavior bothers you. Wait for them to slip up and show just how much they care about your opinion and then act like you didn't notice, like "what? I didn't see that. Sorry dude" Or just compliment other teammates for things that go well, it will infuriate the troll that you're paying attention to others instead of them.
