Good Job Riot, You Overbuffed Swain
He now has a 55-57% winrate across Elos on day 1 of the buff - including people who're just trying Swain to see if he's any good for the first time. Catalyst is huge on him, and landing a single binding after level 6 basically 100-0s the opponent. If that wasn't a problem, his durability and sustain allows any reasonably farmed Swain to tank 2-3 people at once, while dealing huge damage and CC. I really hope the devs realize this soon.
