Rift Herald and winions will destroy crossmap play and comebacks

Back in the tank meta having the jungler ganking toplane meant that botside can do dragon with a numbers advantage, that's strategic decision-making. Now it doesn't matter which side the jungler is on, if bot tries dragon top can just take rift herald and snowball the lane even harder. Once 5.23 comes the minions will automatically push towards the side with less towers, which gives Rift Herald double the pressure. Since games are now decided by early stomps anyway, why would anyone try to stack dragons when Rift Herald gives even more global gold from towers and stronger pressure from winions?

Might as well swap the botlane top. Forget the days of LCS rotational plays and split-push and wave-control. It doesn't matter which side of the map you are on now.

That's kind of the point, bro. Focusing top side was always the wrong choice. They want a game where which game is better to gank will depend on other factors.
