It has low stats and the only way to use the spellshield is hitting it while in brush to prepare for a gank, due to the ridiculous 1.5-second channel. It might as well be a passive like Veil's. Changing the channel to 0.5 seconds would make it a much more practical item that people might actually buy (without regretting it, anyway).

I tried it on Lucian earlier today when facing a Cait, and it turns out that a 1.5-second channel is too much to use reactively against pretty much anything but Requiem. I'd love to see it be a good AD item rather than a bad assassin item.
