Unpopular Opinion: Revert IE

The current state of IE is despicable. It has 10% true damage, and it doubles crit. Ok. its not giving any actual benefit.

Revert it to 25% increased crit damage. This way it is not a crazy powerspike item like it once was, make it cost the same with the same amount of current damage that it has, and make it double crit or whatever honestly. Just, the current one is so unsatisfying and bad and even QT said it. If you build IE anymore its either a desperate situation or you are trolling. Just bring IE back into the game. Make it an item again.

Or, hear me out, current IE is a great item for adc's to take who either have low crit chance and want to increase their damage instead of buying another crit/attack speed item, or great for them to take against a tanky team

No way, we don't want assassins to have even more reliable first auto attack damage. Every assassin will just build like this: item 3147 item 3095 item 3142 item 3087 item 3031
