Mid lane

I have got an S every game with Soraka if i take her mid lane and build AP. No one eklse is doing this. you get crazy CS, crazy poke, and can zone everyone else that goes Mid lane. Even if you don't do good, you will get agood grade because so few people play her mid lane that anything is a good grade.

Max out her Q first and her E second. Take heal when yu have to, and use your Ult for team fights insted of your W.

Save your E when the jungler comes up or if fighting an assassin save it for their all in combos. it is an AoE silance and root, i think you cna see how that will work out in a lot of ways.

At max CDR her Q goers down to 2.75 CD and it can kill caster minions in 2 shots starting at rank 2 and will keep doing this a slong as you keep building AP and keep up. If you nail your laner with this you get helped and you have insane mana regan normally, you will not need to worry about running out of mana unless you are forced to spam your E along with your Q.

When team fights start you will want to save your E for when when the enemy team groups up. You have an advantage in the jungle where it is harder to get out and not bunch up. Things to keep in mind are channels with this will cancle. Vel's ult. Kat's ult, Nunu ult. Burst magaes and assassins can't get off their full combo in this field and they are sitting ducks if your team follows up

Save your W **ONLY ** for your carry or squishes. It is more of a help to them then anyone else on your team. Don't try to heal the tanks or the bruisers, the heal won't be enough to make a big difference on them. Of course there are conditions where a heal will save even them, but that is what your ult should be saved for.

Your Q is your best spell though by far. Hit someone with this, heal someone and both of you have the ability to kite the enemy better. Movement speed for you and the person you healed and the enemy is slowed. It doesn't have the best scaling of course, but with how spammable this is it should even out.
