Leblanc Ult bug

I dont have a video, but LeBlancs ult will bug out and not cast properly, typically with the w-q-r combo I believe. I see that there are other posts about it too. Its been around for 4 patches maybe now? Not quite sure how long its been around for, but I'm amazed it hasnt been taken care of yet.
