[GAMEPLAY] LeBlanc Ultimate bug

LB's ult occasionaly bug out, whether it not cast at all, or your mouse will turn into the ability as if youre hovering over the spell. I'm not entirely sure what causes it, could be a smartcast problem, but its been around for about 4 patches. i'm not sure how to reproduce the second part, but any fast combo I have her ult not cast very often for a few patched now. (Example, w-q-r-e, the r doesnt cast.) My ping has been the same the whole time so its not a latency issue either.
