I have the basic AD and MP marks, AS and AP quints, and Armor Seals, and MR Glyphs. I have all the 450 and 1350 IP champions, plus lucian and xayah. Should I buy more runes? Or should I buy some fun champions? If so, suggest me your favorite champ.

Don't buy any runes beyond the Tier 2 runes (which are 1IP each right now). They are removing runes in the preseason, so your purchase would be pointless.

Laxfan521 votesI personally love playing tahm kench. Heimerdinger, viktor, shaco, and jhin. Its all what you find fun tho. I you should try out all the free champs in the rotation and see if you like them before you buy them.
