Adc Changes Wrong direction

So i have noticed something recently that im sure many others have and are very tired of seeing, but for some reason riot keeps on doing this and this thing is that whenever an item is super op such as cinder hulk apon release there generally is 1 champion that uses this op item the best making them pick or ban. along with molding the meta and dictating the strength of champions with the strength of the item. which isn't necessarily a bad thing imbalance is necessary to keeping a game alive but you also have to keep things fresh and make it a controlled imbalance otherwise you create champions that will become hated by the community. and i realize that balancing this game is hard there are so many variables that something is bound to become op. BUT THE THING I HATE that riot does is nerf a champion that uses an item perfectly then nerf the item like sejuani with cinder or udyr with runeglave or runic ekkos or whatever the item was.

this brings me to my point currently there is a meta of adcs that use ghostblade in which lucian use to dominate and mf draven twich and now recently vayne use to be directly behind lucian. but now this meta isnt as bad or as noticable because other adcs like sivir and jinx are still very strong to counter act the meta of ghostblade adcs although not very well. now ill keep my disgust about the ghostblade meta to myself because im sure everyone has thoughts on the mater and i am not a pro or an adc main so i have no place to speak. but i will not go unspoken about these nerfs to lucian which decrease his range which is fine for this meta of assassin adcs but i know in a few months ghostblade will be nerfed and it will leave lucian weaker in that meta and struggle to be viable because he was nerfed in a meta that suited him above the rest instead of riot nerfing the meta in which suited lucian

i know that i may have over exaggerated the nerfs on lucian but what i heard from adc mains is that it nerfed him pretty bad i haven't really seen anybody talk about this and maybe they have but i dont get on the forms a lot or on Reddit ever so i wouldn't know. but i do know that this is a thing that riot likes to do and i want it to stop so please keep in mind this when responding to the article that i dont have all the facts in front of me i just hear about them from others

i would love to hear from anybody about there thoughts on the matter
