I have been placed in silver 2 with a 6/4 win loss, and I have been there ever since. I had to improve a LOT in my adc game to carry in this below average elo. Right now I'm 1 win away from silver 1. To prove my point on how hard silver 2 is, most borders I see are gold and even platinum. I have never seen a silver border in the silver elo.

Been in Silver in Season 3, 4, 5 and 6 and always got out of it easily (except season 3). This year I got placed in Silver II after placements from Platinum and I am already back in Platinum.

Just saying, since it's till early in the season, silver is still populated with mostly gold and really bad plat players. You are just playing against the elo you already were last season.
