Make the ranked threshold level 20

I just think it's really tedious having to play norms for so long just to play ranked. Queues are 5 minutes long because if you are "smurfing" for some reason you still have to hit level 30 to play ranked. It's a money grab to buy boosts, may as well buy level 30 accounts to play ranked. If anything, at least grant us more xp if you are smurfing in norms with a higher norms mmr so that we can hit level 30 quicker :/
