Ranked Queue Without Bans

So yes, I am a Zed one trick. Sorry that I enjoy the thrill of playing a mechanical champion who took me hundreds and hundreds of games to master. Does this mean that with the click a button you can simply remove him from the match? (and I'm not talking about stopwatch items) I'm talking about the banning system in league. I'm not suggesting removing the ban system, but I am suggesting that there should be a ranked queue where there is no banning phase so that one tricks don't run the risk of playing champions they aren't as familiar with. Why do you think one trick payers exist? Because they don't enjoy playing the game without their favorite champion. Remove Zed and I uninstall, that's how I feel. So it frustrates me that I played so many games with this guy and I got so good with him, only to not get rewarded with the grind because someone doesn't want to lane against him. I don't mind playing against one trick katarinas, yasuos, gangplanks, rivens, lee sins, or other zed players. Sorry these champions are hard to play and yet very enjoyable, don't punish players for only enjoying one champion.
