Where is the Zilean rework?
Such a straight to the point champion, like no skill shots or nothing.

Well, they did change his passive today (on the pbe) to give less XP but now gives him scaling AP @ levels 6/11/16 now so his passive isn't useless in the lategame.
Not a full rework but a step in that general direction
Yeah i guess their getting to him one step at a time.
