So Deathfire Grasp was removed..

because it made burst champions burstier. Doesn't Thunderlord's decree do the exact same thing, just on a smaller scale?

Please note: This isn't a complaint thread, necessarily. My main champion, Zed, whom I play 90% of my matches with, is amazing with this mastery. Although it does feel pretty damn strong on him and majority of champions, for that matter.
