Can we buff Azir?

Just look at those win-rates and telling me he's not week at the moment. Now I'll be the first to say I suck at him, and am not that great at lol in general. But those win-rates are pretty indicative of a weak champion. He just feels so week compared to so many other mids.

Thoughts?

He's actually at a really good win rate right now. If anything he's a little strong right now.

Azir has insane mechanical difficulty that artificially deflates his winrate below what you would expect for his power level. It's like Lee Sin who has a bottom tier winrate even though he's still viable in pro play.
