Takes too long to be Matched in Draft Pick?

Hi guys,

What do you all think?

I find it's not about exactly the speed....but the WAY that it is trying to match me based on Roles.

Wouldn't it be cool if we had a mode where it was IDENTICAL to Draft Pick, except I didn't have to put my Role beforehand? Plus not to mention I almost ALWAYS get flamed for playing in different Role systems, like going as Assault or Decoy, Medic, Demolition etc.
