How did my teammates and I get such low LP?

You're still raising your MMR since you were bronze 8 days ago. Gotta keep winning and performing well to gradually gain more and more LP.

Probably a loss prevented game
that also happens if the matchmaking hands you basically a free win. low reward for freelo.
Also if you duo que w/ someone lower than you. If you climbed out of bronze recently but que w/ people still at mid or low bronze mmr you'll get less LP for a win and lose more LP for a loss, bc it uses your party average mmr to find a match so it expects you to win against the players you're against.
This has been happening to me recently too... Let me know if yours is sorted now :) I'd appreciate it as mine's been stuck between 8-16 lp for a win for the past 3 months or so... http://i.imgur.com/J5w2Wn6.jpg
