I read the patchnotes and I see not a single note about Teemo

I mean except the fact that darius W no longer ignote Teemo blind there's nothing about it, and STILL Riot did a big nerf on him with no real reason.

so TL:DR Teemo poison no longer proc Aery, Dark Harvest and god know what other things it should procc.

So do not think community is stupid and didn't realize why that change was made, and why not even announced, like a week or few weeks ago god knows what change did Riot on Teemo and he somehow was able to double proc Conquer with his basic attacks, because of his poison, so now we all know how Riot detests to just revert the changes they make and love overnerfing a champsion, so of course for some reason they decided to not just cancel any secret change they made or even explain it, and just nerfed Teemo to oblivion basically (that too without explaining it), as a price for Riot mistakes, now the entire playerbase of a champsion have to not really have a rune, others than grasp or being forced to pick something they can't really use like PTA or Conquer, because let's be honest, Teemo have only 500 range (the lowerst range after Rakan) and no sane person stay to take more than one hit from him.

Basically right now Aery can't really be used (because literally the only reason people used it was for double proc with the overtime damage from poison), Dark Harvest also can't be used (because literally the only reason people used it was for the proc with the overtime damage from poison) and all Teemo mains have no real rune, probably other champsion ith poison have that nerf too like Singed or Cass.

Riot please when you made a mistake, stop for once trying to destroy a champion as price for it instead of fixing the acutal issue, you overnerfed a lot of champsion because of interactions that shouldn't even exists in first place, and now you just create a interaction to nerf a champion.
