Get rid of the twisted treeline duo abusing strat/china boosting strat in SR

Please its making your garbage game that much more unplayable. No one enjoys playing against a jungler who is automatically 3 levels higher then them. The only people who enjoy it are the ones getting the free win. There is no counter play in solo queue to this, unless they're complete trash and their teammates int. Otherwise you lose, because the nunu/taric babysits the trash karthus,yi,kai'sa and makes every skirmish a 1v2 which is already unbalanced + the fact that theyre 3 lvls higher.
