Multiple Disconnects and enemy player teleporting himself from his nexus into ours at first 10 secon

I just played a game where everyone disconnected multiple times. I bought my items from the shop clicked down on the map and then disconnected. When it finally reconnected me I was in my fountain it was 25 seconds into the game and I had somehow gotten a kill on the enemy talon. Everyone disconnected and reconnected for the next 5 minutes of the game. I was killing talon bottom lane and all of sudden we disconnected again, but when we reconnected the enemy talon was in our base sitting next to the nexus trying to back. How did he even get there without dying? He was lvl 2 and teleported into our nexus. I backed to the fountain and I tried to kill him before he could back and then I disconnected again. When I reconnected he was no longer in my base.
