Riot please, We need to fix ezreal and make him good again. Here's an idea.

EZREAL IS TRASH!!! His build path is atrocious, he cant even carry late. You need to snowball in order to have a little bit of success, After 30 minutes, He falls off!!! Now here is how we can fix it.

We can try to make Manamune stack faster. Like reducing the cooldown in which you can spam the spells to get the stacks OR get more stacks from like 4 to 6. THEN he can spike faster. from 24 minutes to around 18-20 minutes.

To fix tank meta, Q can do percent MAX health damage. That will help alot.

W is fucking useless, AP ezreal is trash. I'm sorry everyone. Ezreal was meant to be an adc. Make his W scale with AD, and have it mark the enemy. With the mark, ezreal can do bonus attack damage to the marked target.

Other than that. His E and ult and pretty solid.

That's all I have to say.

I'm only gold 5, please don't hate on my ideas. I just really like ezreal and i want him to rise and shine again.
