Can you get banned for not flaming, but having a bad game?
So if you just have a bad game, but you didnt flame or do anything, and your team mates report you because yo uhad a bad game will you be banned?

No, you don't get punished for bad games, you get punished for intentionally ruining the game for others. Reports merely flag the game for review (only 1 report is needed, more don't make a difference), and punishment simply depends on what it finds.
If people report you when you did nothing wrong you will not get penalized for it. You will only be punished if you deserve it.
