Please fix Ivern passive

I have been playing Ivern for about a month now and I have issues with him putting his passive on jg camps. Sometimes it will act like it is and do the mark that I clear the camp but nothing will happen and I will have to restart the passive. Another issue is Gromp is so hard to apply Ivern's passive to. The issue is that I can click gromp several times before Ivern will eventually walk up to him and apply it. I have to essentially walk back and forth in front of him until I click the magic spot to apply it. Please can someone look into it as it is so frustrating!
