leavebuster while bugsplat
i got kicked out of a game after pick but before the match started, had to reboot league like 7 times before it even launch cuz it said error then i come back an they forfit an i get a leave buster wtf?

Riot maybe thought that you could intentionally get yourself a bugsplat in order to leave a game without penalty, so therefore, there is a penalty

Unless the servers are fucking up to the point where Riot has to manually turn off leaverbuster and/or activate "loss forgiven" leaverbuster will mark you for ALL leaves.
It doesn't differentiate between rage quits, bug splats, power outages, internet DCs, getting called away to do chores/homework, watever. You join that game, you're committed.
It's meant to give you SOME leeway so that you won't be punished the first couple of times to factor in that "ok it might be something out of your control" but after that, you're gonna get punished. If it's bug splat, you need to fix your client/computer. I know it's a pain and it happened to me too. The last time I had to end up completely uninstalling and reinstalling the game in order to ensure my game was working.
As for other stuff. If you have crappy internet, parent around who love calling you to do something are expect to you report to them "right away", a potato computer, lack of time, watever, then that's not a good time to try and play.
