anyone not get the chroma? but own the skin?

I don't got the option for it? like its missing only thing got unlocked was the ward, any details? tryd restarting my pc n all kinda upset cuz its like wtf u need the pass to unlock the skin an then play for 4 weeks to get ripped off on top of buyin the skin so u spent 25 on a damn ward :l not cool man
