What they need to do give the vision back on his Pillar. It makes no sense to me why it was removed. He's fully melee and there are plenty of ranged champions that have vision granting abilities. That was a pretty significant nerf that should be reverted.

Aside from maybe some mana costs being decreased, he doesn't need any buffs beyond that, just better rune options.
