"I'm Coming IN"- New Que/Game mode
I have an Idea that could help rid this game of it's awful afk problem.
It's a new Game mode/way to Que up but separate Que from Ranked,Normal,Draft. and it's called "I'm Coming IN"
Who here hates joining a Que getting into a match and only to find out "crap we have an afk"---"Not another Remake" the Idea I have in mind is way to save players time for having to re-Que and wait another 15-30 minutes just to join another game to possibly have the same outcome.
"I'm Coming IN" -- One of the things we hate the most is a afk player it can turn what you once thought would be a great match into an abomination and waste of time... with this game mode you are taking the place of that afk player.. you do not get to choose the champ you want to play you are playing the champion that the afk player has chosen for you... once you Que up= Match Found... a screen pops up shows you what champ you are about to play you now have 20 seconds to get your affairs in order (Runes, Mastery's)...Load screen pops up...within seconds, or minutes depending on your ISP...(lol).. you are now in the match taking place of the afk player...the 4 players that thought "this match is done for" now have a hero to come in and try to save the day.. now whether the match is already 5 minutes or even 20 minutes in the team still holds a chance to beat the enemy team and still stand a chance to win the match... if it's 5 minutes into the match the player is granted 70% of the gold a normal player would obtain at the 5 minute marker of most matches..so your not walking in from scratch.. if it's 20 minutes in ..same concept.. could be tweaked a little...
now let's look at the Pro's:
- Random champion selection = FUN
- for players who accomplish a win and help save the day an IP gain/ if it's a loss minor IP gain
- no More "REMAKE's" giving players more time to play less time in Que's = "MORE FUN"
- who does't love being the hero to come in and try to save the day... "I know I do"...
now this doesn't mean we should abolish leaver buster cause people who afk should still be punished I just believe instead of making players go through all the hassle of joining another Que "remake".. let a "Hero" come in and try to save them from what could have been a nightmare. making it more fun to the players and making having an afk something not to worry about...
there is a lot more that could be adjusted and or added to this idea but you pretty much get the concept....
When a team is battered and bloody from having a man down YOU can yell out
" I'M COMING IN"....
