how to earn more BE

I's confused as to how we are supposed to earn more BE this season. Is it a flat amount every level? Or will we start earning it every game when season 8 starts up?

They made it so when u lvl up u get a champ capsule can contain 1- 5 champion shards and from disenchanting of those shards u get your BE there's no other way to gain BE which is slowly making the game sad and u start questioning is it worth to live.
