Petition for the return of old Modekaiser (or at least something close enough)

Pretty much the tittle, but for some extra detail, last year in season 5 riot reworked mordekasier in the Juggernaut update and made him a melee bot laner. His kit was stuffed with so much power in order for him to stay in bot lane. But soon after people saw how ridiculous his dmg was, aka his q being broken as f***. So he began to recieve bandage nerfs, which were nerfs to order parts of his kit that weren't the main issue because riot was trying to keep him a certain way. So they adjusted his e his w put hp costs and all these little things until he was much weaker than before but still slightly strong. Finally in the preseason, or early season 6, they properly nerfed the biggest issue of the champ, his q, but with the nerf to his q and all these bandage nerfs, he was left in the gutter and very few people played him and he had a very low winrate. He has comeback in a way and has become a slightly viable pick, but his entire kit has led to his build being a very very very weird build, like triforce and rylais and steracks. His current build according to champion.gg seems much more normal, focused on ap and not a strange mix of hybrid. However, the point is i really feel like morde as a champion was ruined with this rework and they've tried to fix him but it just fit him very well anymore imo. He seemed so much better as an aoe dps champ who would constantly pump out moderate dmg, without too much actual burst potential unless he did a full combo or was far ahead. I'm jsut asking if riot could look at him and try to bring him bakc a little ttowards the old morde.

Also, I have some ideas on what they could do to change him to feel like the older morde or maybe something smoother and less odd or frustrating to fight.

First remove the health cost on all his abilities because it's kind of annoying.

Passive - Morde gains a shield equal to a fourth of the dmg dealt by his abilities. After 5 seconds the shield slowly decays, but as time passes it decays faster and faster. If an enemy champion were break the shield instead of it slowly draining away by itself, then the passive would go on cd for 3 seconds and this effect would have a ten second cd (aka if the enemy breaks ur shield and after 3 seconds it comes back up and he/she breaks it again, the passive doesnt go on cd for 3 seconds, but it will fi its broken after 10 seconds, by enemy champions)

Q - Keep the 3 strike effect however dont have it ramp up in dmg, instead each hit releases a wave of metallic shards and each successive hit increases the range of the wave and have this ability on scale off of ap but with a decent base dmg. The dmg of the waves would equal to about half the dmg of the hit from the q.

W - Remove the heal effect from his w and the extra xp. Have the particles be actually shards of flying metal, like old morde. His w would create a zone of flying metal around him that shreds his enemies armor and mr, like kayle's passive, or just be their mr and he can cast this ability on a minion or an ally, but there a difference, on the minion w the would be a smaller range and would instead deal extra bonus dmg rather than shred resistances while on a champion its the same shred that it does on mrode casts, its the same size as morde's and if the two overlap they do the shred, does not stacks, but it does bonus dmg. Small base dmg, but scales off of ap only.

E - Mordekaiser erupts shards of metal out of the ground that knocks up and back the first three minions hit. The minions are pierced with these shards and upon hitting the ground they do dmg to anyone in the zone. If the minion dies on impact, the shard explodes and does double the dmg. The knock back range would be quite small and it depends on how far away the minions are so if they are directly in front of morde they are knocked back to the full range of the e but if they are at the end of his e they are knock back half the distance the minions right in front of morde would be. If a champion is hit with the the e, it knocks back only 1 champion, the very first hit, and when they land it does the bonus dmg each to a minion impact if the minion died and the enemy champ is slowed for a small amount. E doesn't add bonus amounts to your shield for each enemy hit like current e does but rather it follows the passive.

R - Like current morde he would curse an enemy champ and do a small burn effective over time and if he kills the champ he gets their ghost. However, if an enemy champ is cursed then mordekasier's abilities do extra bonus dmg to the enemy, like maybe 25/50/75 bonus dmg per ability hit. Also, morde can no longer get a ghost dragon as a pets, cause that just was stupid.

P.S.: I am not a morde main, and i appreciate any input for morde mains on these changes or any change in general and if you guys want me to maybe present some more numbers with these ability changes I can. I'm jsut a leageu player who wants morde to be fun and cool, not annoying and clunky.
