Why should they make one when the prestige is just a chroma with vfx change (only in color tho). They are not even a full skin like the hextech exclusives. What I mean is that it is free money. What I don't like tho is that the pass will now become something in every event.

I was ok with all the KDA skins getting the prestige treatment, but not Aatrox. Call it bias or whatever but it really sets up a bad projected practice down the line and now I'm dreading future events if a prestige skin comes out for a champ I like. KDA I could live with it since it exploded so well in popularity, but not this.
