Question about Anivia Q

Is it bugged? Particularly asking about Blackfrost Anivia, it seems that the Q hit box is shifted. The damage and stun seem to be shifted to the bottom right, with top (and top left) not taking any damage or stun, but the bottom half stunning outside the indicator to the far right. Has anyone else experienced this?

It has felt a bit strange in ARAM, but I've only played a couple games on her this patch so I think in my case it was me being rusty.^^" Can you try to confirm it in a custom game?
