Anivia Q hitbox bug (?)

Particularly asking about Blackfrost Anivia, it seems that the Q hit box is shifted. The damage and stun seem to be shifted to the bottom right, with top (and top left) not taking any damage or stun, but the bottom half stunning outside the indicator to the far right. Has anyone else experienced this?
