Remake change??TOO many afkers.

Now in normals i dont care or aram etc..but ranked i really do.Like my last game and many other games when someone join the game at min 1 he dc or leave...At 2 mins joins agian and dc or leave again.Losing games because of this...and then that guy qq and blame jgl mid ...cuz he fall behind and say GG I open vs fiora i dont play mid lost it.WTF!!Stupid person. But i dont like to open a game just because my teammate goes afk..or have a dc. So i ask can we make remake longer??I mean if he dced even after 2 mins..in the game just give us the possibility to remake at least until min 4-5. Just lost the game because my top dced 5 times in a row and instead of playng...he decide to go afk..And he took jgl too.I really hate afkers...trolers sooo mutch and i understand them in normals but plz about ranked need to be changed. In 1 week i can get like 5 6 afkers..and maybe 1 or 2 games i can remake..the rest is just a poor 4v5 game or 3v5.
