Ryze needs %hp damage on his W
He simply deals no damage against tanks late game.
He needs a %hp damage on his W-Rune Prison:
Now: MAGIC DAMAGE: 80 / 100 / 120 / 140 / 160 (+ 20% AP) (+ 1% bonus mana)
My idea: MAGIC DAMAGE: 60 / 80 / 100 / 120 / 140 (+ 15% AP) (+ 1% bonus mana) (+ 8 / 11 / 14 / 17 / 20% of target's maximum health) (and a maximum monster damage, not sure how that is calculated)
He needs this extra help to be viable (in my opinion)
