How do you feel laning against a LB or even dealing with a LB on the enemy team in general?

I am in NO WAY calling her OP and unstoppable. The W is really the only thing that bothers me.

Me personally I feel like for being a bursty assassin type maybe she should have a higher mana cost on W. (Not ridiculously but enough for her to be penalized for maybe just mindlessly wasting w and e all day.). LB could chase for days on end with such short cd.

I'd love to know more opinions though! :)

Broken champion design. Balanced or no, her design is an abomination in its current state.

Honestly, I hate that champion with a burning passion of 20 suns.

It comes down to the fact that there isn't much counter play. I know it sounds pretty worn out but in reality this her biggest issue. She can literally jump in, destroy her target or even another one due to her splash damage, and then just teleport back to her original position. Where is the counter play, do you block her skills? You can't block her Q or her W, since the Q is a point and click and the W is just splash damage, the only thing you can block is her snare. Which even then isn't that important since it sin't used for damage.

There are other champions that do this much like Zed, but he can only use that every other minute once he get max ranks in it, while Le Blanc can do it every other like 5 seconds. Honestly i would just a pick tanky mid laner, perhaps some along the line of Diania, Galio, or even Kassidin. But in reality there is no exact counter play, there is no game plan to counter her.

My general experience is that she does have really high mana-costs already.

I don't think I've bought as mana mana potions or flasks on LeBlanc as I have on any other champion. Her end-game damage is toast if you don't go hard in the pain in damage items as well, causing most mana-sustain items to be pretty awful on her. RoA is 100% awful on her, her cooldowns make it really hard to use Tear/Archangel/Serpaphs, and Chalice/Athene's offer to little damage to really be worthwhile. Pair that with the removal of DFG, and going for something like Morello's hurts even more now than it did before, despite it not doing the greatest job at solving mana issues to begin with.

LeBlanc without Blue Buff can have some serious issues. Unless you're up against an opponent that decided healing pots are for chums, defense is for noobs, and placing themselves within 500 range of LB without minion cover is a good idea. No extreme of mana costs are really going to save that guy.

As someone who plays her with relative frequency I agree that she's a bit too hard to do anything against after level 2.

She can jump in and out for free harass, and as long as she's not over-harassing, and continues to last hit minions, she can sustain fairly well in terms of mana, on a single or double doran's ring purchase, depending on how fast you can get to your morellos.

The issue with LeBlanc, comes with when her jungler is actually helpful, she gets blue, can harass all day long with no worries, and then roams that blue buff all over the map to punish the other lanes.

Being that she's extremely safe all the time, she's just a solid pick up. I think my worst game since I started really playing her this year was a loss where I finished 10/7/9, and that was due to a jungler that DCed about 6 times during the game. I've had 3 games where I didn't die at all, one of which I finished with a 28 KDA. I think her mobility is the issue, but without reworking the champion entirely I can't think of a way to mitigate that.

Seriously though, the fact that riot hasnt touched her god awful, 0 counterplay broken as fuck burst just baffles me. Getting chunked by 2 abilities that cost around 70 mana for BOTH for over half of your health bar is beyond broken, and it has no place in this game (q+r literally 2/3 of my health last game).

If lb isnt nerfed come season end, i honestly might quit.

edit: not nerfed, gutted. she deserves it 100%.

I disagree with this. LB is item dependant and has a difficult time farming early game. She has bad mana regen and low starting mana she is forced to either trade with her mana or farm with it. If she trades she is required to AA last hit minions. If she farms with it she attacks you with AAs and the occasional q. This in itself is a penalty and makes her counterable.

Like zed, ahri, akali, etc... its your prerogative to shut her out pre-lvl 6 to set her behind and when she is behind she is really behind. Don't let her roam by keeping turret pressure and remember that she is a hit and run, sustained damage rekts.
