NO. BURSTED INTO DEATH IN A SECOND. Those tentacles are crazy.
She rips out your soul, you go in to damage her, she damages you more. You try to escape, and a tentacle spawns to kill you.
In the game, both my fed Zin and fed Hiemer could not even kill her together.
How do you counter her? She is SUPER tanky, and deals heavy heavy heavy damage.
Dodge her E, it is blocked by minions. Get Executioner's Calling/Mortal Reminder. Kite her. Run away when she ults, she has no way of keeping you there. When she Es you just walk away. You'll take less damage and being a vessel is easier to deal with when you control when it happens to you.
I mean if it's a situation where she Es you and is obviously at the advantage to hit it, if you go in, you'll take massive damage and probably die/become a vessel at low health OR you can just walk out of it's range, taking less damage and have the ability to deal with spawning tentacles easier.
When you're a vessel you can see a thing jump off of you where a tentacle will spawn, when this happens MOVE. Tentacles attack where you were, not where you're going. Any moving makes it so they can't hit you. Kill 3 tentacles and you're done dealing with it.
She is a lot like Heimer, she has a zone where she is powerful, if she does something in this zone to make her stronger, leave the zone as fast as possible.

you are bad at dodging. without her ult activated her tentacles are stupid easy to dodge. so much so that she needs the slow from gauntlet just to connect with them against an opponent that knows how to "move" out of the damn way.
also, if she is fed, DO NOT send multiple people at her. she actually gets stronger the more people that come after her, and if she is fed she will get a penta. her wave clearing is good, but her atk speed is so bad that she cant really shred towers. she is actually bad at taking towers even with the W AA reset and a sheen. so its best to leave her alone if she is fed and help your team and force her into a team fight where she will get kited and CCed to hell.
support illaoi on the other hand is a different story. two vesselds means double tentacle spawns and its constant harassment. it makes the life of the ADC hell bot lane. tankier supps like leona or braum can handle it, but any adc will get chunked for 300 dmg per tentacle hit. they will be too busy dodging to farm and with enough CDR you can pretty much keep them as a vessel permanently as long as you land your E. pairing her with strong burst ADCs like graves are draven makes it even easier to get pretty much free damage off with her E. its kinda insane. ganking her at lvl 6+ is also not usually a good idea because of what i said earlier. if the jg ganks and she ults thats 3 free tentacles + the ones you already have up. suddenly there is 3-7 tentacles all wailing on 3 targets at once... if illaoi doesnt kill them then a graves ult will.
is her e blocked by minions? i havent played against her yet.

CC. A ton of it. The more the better. As long as she can't use her abilities, she's not all that scary.
Move in odd directions to dodge her tentacle slams. I find trundle demolishes her 1v1. Rush armor (for trundle I went iceborn) because all of her skills are AD. Basically once you get your first armor item she can't fight you ever unless she gets help.
learn do dodge her abilities and she´s not even tanky...or cc her, she´s soo easy to kill when she can´t use her tentacles to heal. Also, if her e hits you - fight her if there aren´t too many tentacles around...she can´t do much without them and if she hits your spirit instead of you she´ll lose the trade even harder.
