Jinx , because Azir is a late game hyper carry scaling of AP, AP is in a bad spot, games end super quickly sooo yeah azir isnt the greatest pick right now (hes good i dont say hes bad, hes actualyl super good, but he requires time to build up)

ABATROX specifically said "a late game hyper carry scaling of AP".

Last I checked, Jinx was an ADC and was not affected by the changes to AP itemization.

Azir probably more assassin like than jinx because of all the mobility and flashy play potential

I would say get azir because he has mobility and a solo carry disengage. Decent poke, better buildpaths. The worst part ab him is that you can find yourself in a solo lane against zed, where you actually need to be aggressive to survive. Not fun.
