Kassadin buffs
I would just like to say that these buffs hit the nail on the head for what kass needed. He needed more dmg in lane because everyone else out damages him in lane, and a lot of those characters outscale him. Thumbs up to riot. :)

yah most champs outscale this guy.... it would be nice if his ult had a longer range becuase he isnt lb who can jump in kill you then leave ... instead he has to be ultra close then ult wqe and youll most likely die. here is the thing with kass he isnt relative till like 3 items. so if someone dies to him say 6 times no one really cares becuase he is supposed to be mobile but he really isnt. ive tried jungling with him which is pretty good tbh but i dunno
