So new Taric is awesome, and I have discovered the optimal top lane build for him. Max your E, then Q. Build a ravenous hydra, blade of the ruined king, berserkers greaves, frozen mallet, trinity force, and then either a guinsoos or wits end. Start hydra, then build anything listed above. Just push top while your team pressures not or mid and if anyone comes to 1v1, you will destroy them. You can 1v1 Warwick with this at all stages of the game, where most champs can't. Your passives Atk speed works great with lifesteal. This build is a ton of fun because you can split very well, and if you choose to team fight no one wants to go near your adc.
