Dude seriously the fuck is this damage?

I play sivir and my q does like a smidgen of damage, someone else plays sivir with same runes and item and there q knock me half health? Am i being punished in some way for trash talk? Like what the fuck is this shit. I do no damage no matter who I play and doesnt matter the build I take a fuck ton of damage. Like it could be at the start of a game and some farts on me boom im dead. Fuck this, until they fix whatever they fucking did Im done.
