Oracle's Extract and its possible removal from ARAM, shortening the duration, or increase of price.

Many times summoners enjoy a good ARAM, just to throw it up a little bit back and forth from summoners rift. Although all of us know that we don't get a choice in who we play in an ARAM match. It seems a bit over kill already as its only one lane 5v5, but lets say you're one of the lucky few to get Teemo. Only problem is your ultimate is pretty much useless to this under priced op elixer (Oracle's Extract), because its only 300 gold, lasts for 5 minutes, and you can buy it again as soon as it runs out. So the only way to use your ability is in team fights and try to throw shrooms on top of the enemy fighting your comrades. Another problem with that is most summoners move before it even has a chance to detonate. So if RIOT could possibly consider one of these options shortening the duration of the extract, removing it all together from ARAM, making it a bit more pricey, or possibly making it so you can only buy one extract every so often that would be wonderful. Although I do not know if this is the section for this, Im hoping it will grab a lot of summoners attentions and we can get this to its right destination.
