It has been 2 seasons and no real changes. A few jungle items, and thats about it. Where are the experimental changes and all the huge balance changes that need to be done but always get neglected?
I'm actually curious why Riot doesn't use the 2-3 months to improve the game?
Because Riot has reached the point where they can't actually change anything of meaning, because the pro scene has gotten too big and they're afraid of confusing people and disrupting the meta if they actually get around to, I dunno, fixing things and doing all of the things they promised to do.
Which is weird because they've got a hard-on for senseless complexity which is the real cause of player confusion.

The huge jungle changes? What it is? A failed system that was suppose to help diversity but didn't?
No I mean like, huge balance changes for multiple champs, some fine tuning. The big experimental changes. Why is DFG just coming now? Why are their no new items?
The pre-season is for changes, to bring a new and exciting NEW SEASON. Not just a repeat of the last one.
