starting a meta?

so that's not the best thing ever but it is worth try.. try to go Jarvan yes this Jarvan... as a supp. he have his flag to give AOE attack speed bonus he got his little slow and shield witch helps a little to catch the target he got armor reduction and a knock up. i think you should give it a try to me it works well you can check my games as Jarvan i even get some kills and carry sometimes... i also suggest you to take his q first but max his E for that attack speed and ask for blue and CDR boots for permanent flag.
